 So in the BD that I am currently writing, ZILF Club, there is a recurring theme of zombie rights protests. Coincidentally around the time I began drawing some cases of the zombie protagonist eating people there was the Unite The Kingdom protest here in Britain. While looking at videos of the protesters I noticed that man of them had signs saying "I like bacon". I believe this in reference to a video of a northern man being arrested for saying this phrase to police at some kind of islam protest. Anyway, I also noticed that most of these Unite The Kingdom type people (at least the ones not covering their faces) were all really pale white and blonde and so many of the men were bald, did the migrants steal their hair?  anyway, i decided to draw to this picture based upon it

  Cover Art For ZILF Club So this image, I originally drew as a kind of concept image when I designing the protagonist of ZILF club. My plan for the storyline was to focus on the zombie virus as being a collection of localised outbreaks instead of  the typical worldwide apocalypse used in most zombie media. The word "outbreak" conjured up an image in my mind of a rap album cover of the zombie woman after she has "broke out" of her grave, and so this image was drawn. Originally there was no writing on the gravestone, however upon showing the picture to my cousin he told me it would look better with writing on there. I actually only added the writing to the image at 3:30am this morning. Another new addition is the reddening under her eyes. I was recently a book about how to draw zombies and it mentioned that darkening or reddening under the eyes makes characters look more zombie-like and so i have gone through and added this too a lot of my zombie drawings and i think...

 To whoever may read this, My name is Alexander, but online I go by le Corbeau (long story, might explain one day, probably not). I have started this blog to document my progress in making bandes dessinées (also called Franco-Belgian Comics, basically French/European style comics), I do the drawing and sometimes the storylines but I also have friends who write the stories for me because my own story-writing skills are not very good. I always have multiple projects ongoing at the same time and so sometimes I will post many updates on one specific BD project and not another project for a while. This blog will be like my public journal, cataloguing my progress and providing information about the storylines and settings and characters and such.
